Restructuring Manager (International bank)

Responsibilities:

 

  • Analyzing loans, enabling early identification of problem loans;

  • Taking over non-performing and problematic loans in own responsibility;

  • Detailed business/financial and legal analysis of the client/loan;

  • Legal examination/control of the underlying commitment contracts;

  • Restructuring credit lines based on assessed business and liquidity plans;

  • Determining and executing the most effective strategy to avoid or reduce any potential loss for the bank and secure the repayment and/or collection of the debt;

  • Restructuring credit lines;

  • Preparing written analysis, proposing strategy and actions plans.


Requirements:

  • University degree in economics and / or law;

  • +5 years preferable in corporate banking or in the financial sector;

  • Strong financial, analytical and accounting skills;

  • Considerable knowledge of loan products, loan terms and conditions, lending and credit analysis;

  • Legal understanding / basic knowledge of commercial and bankruptcy law;

  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

  • Native language / fluent in: Russian and English.
