Responsibilities:

Responsible for strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns;

Managing marketing team (5 people);
-
Taking part in development and implementation of annual marketing budget;

Coordinating the ATL/BTL activities, POS production, Promotional campaigns and PR;
-
Developing compliant environment in a Marketing team;
-
Communicating with HQ team members on the full scope of marketing issues;
-
Communicating with local advertising, PR, promo and other agencies;
-
Executing tenders with agencies;
-
Planning and executing market research & analysis;
-
Reporting to General Manager.
Requirements:

Higher education;
-
Experience as Marketing Director from 3 years in international company;
-
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated team leadership;
-
Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions;
-
Strong presentation skills;
-
Knowledge of the latest trends in PR/Advertising/Marketing;
-
Fluent English.
