Marketing Director 

International company

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns;

  • Managing marketing team (5 people);

  • Taking part in development and implementation of annual marketing budget;

  • Coordinating the ATL/BTL activities, POS production, Promotional campaigns and PR; 

  • Developing compliant environment in a Marketing team;

  • Communicating with HQ team members on the full scope of marketing issues;

  • Communicating with local advertising, PR, promo and other agencies;

  • Executing tenders with agencies;

  • Planning and executing market research & analysis;

  • Reporting to General Manager.
     

 

Requirements:
 

  • Higher education;

  • Experience as Marketing Director from  3 years in international company; 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated team leadership;

  • Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions;

  • Strong presentation skills;

  • Knowledge of the latest trends in PR/Advertising/Marketing;

  • Fluent English.
