We are now looking for a CRM Specialist, who will set up CRM in Telemarketing channel in the company.
The CRM Specialist will report directly to the Head of Telemarketing.
Responsibilities:

Launching CRM in Telemarketing channel;

Analyzing client base (about 11 million clients in the database) and product analyses;

Providing business consulting regarding clients’ segmentation and products development;

Preparing regular analytical reports;

Forecasting clients’ dynamics in terms of sales;

Suggesting personal ideas concerning CRM development and projects.
Requirements:

Higher education;
-
+2 years of experience as CRM Specialist in any industry (conducting projects on clients segmentation/clustering and product analyses);

Experienced in working with a big database (more than 1 million clients);

SQL skills is a must;
-
Intermediate level of English.
