Coaching – based on the obtained results of personnel evaluation.

 
 
An individual initial coaching-session 

 

is being held with the aim to establish contact with the employee, discuss the given results and identify the goals for mutual work.

Further coaching-sessions are being held according to GROW model, the use of which enables not only to expand the potential of an employee, but also based on his/her personal values, to reach the goal that was set. ​

At each coaching-session the work on the main problem issues is carried out.

After each coaching-session an employee has his/her own realistic action plan to implement.

Format:

Individual coaching – sessions (initial and 3-4 work sessions) 60 minutes each, once a week.
